We are working to expand our deliveries to provide everyone with an easy and convenient way to have your medicine delivered at your doorstep.

  • You can place an order anytime on our website. Delivery scheduling will be limited to Monday – Saturdays; office hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • No minimum order value.
  • Flat rate delivery fee (₱50.00)​ for NCR Customers
  • Bank Deposit (BDO, BPI or Gcash) 
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) *for Metro Manila only*

  • This is very unlikely, but if by any chance that your order will not be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will notify you as soon as possible through the contact details that you have provided.


Deliveries are scheduled after payment has been confirmed. 

  • From same-day up to 3 days delivery time
  • Standard delivery fee is P50.00 (within Metro Manila only).

We have our own fleet of riders to deliver your medicine at your doorstep. Rest assured that our riders have undergone proper safety measures training for your safety.

Returns & Refunds

Do you allow refunds or returns?

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items based on your confirmed orders, please contact us within 24 hours at pharmacist@pharmez.ph and we will deliver or replace the damaged, incorrect, or missing items on the next available delivery date. The same delivery person shall collect the damaged or incorrect items in its original and unopened packaging.

For safety and security reasons, items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at our office.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?

  • For any changes on your order, please notify us via email at pharmacist@pharmez.ph within 3 hours upon placement your order.
