Gargle Sore throat & mouth infections Gargle undiluted 15 mL followed by mouth rinsing for min of 30 sec. Repeat 2-4 times daily or as required. Mouth wash Gargle undiluted 15 mL or diluted w/ an equal amount of water followed by mouth rinsing for min of 30 sec.
