Should be taken with food: Preferably taken w/ meals to ensure optimal absorption. Drink w/ a full glass of water (8 oz), unless on kidney dialysis. Do not take w/ high-fiber meal (eg, bran/whole grain/cereal/bread/fresh fruits).
